Wedding Videography Packages – Brisbane, Toowoomba and Gold Coast | XIV Creative

We both use Canon R6 MKII cameras. We try to avoid your wedding feeling like a movie set so to keep things simple, we each use a gimbal (a camera stabiliser) and an extra camera on a tripod to film the ceremony. We also use lights (if needed) and audio equipment.

Yes - we film weddings across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Our main service areas are Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Tweed Coast and Toowoomba. We're also available for weddings further afield across Australia - just ask.

As early as possible - popular wedding dates in Brisbane and the Gold Coast can book out 12-18 months ahead. We'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date and venue confirmed, even if you're still in the early stages of planning. A 20% deposit is all that's needed to lock in your date.

If you love our films and feel like we are right for you, we would love to work with you! If your wedding date is still available, we’ll send you the contract and the only other thing we need is a 20% deposit of your wedding package. It’s really that easy! It is recommended to pay the deposit as soon as possible, this will secure your date in our calendar. 

The outstanding videography package amount is due no later than 2 weeks before the wedding date. 

While the editing process plays an intrinsic role in giving our films their magic, cinematic feeling, we pride ourselves on having a quick turnaround to produce films. It may vary depending on how busy we are / how many wedding films we have to edit, however we typically have them completed for you within 4 weeks of the wedding.

Our packages start from $2,600 for 6-hour coverage and $3,000 for 9-hour coverage. We also offer flexible elopement and custom packages - just get in touch and we'll put something together that suits your day. Yes! This is an optional extra available on all packages. Note all raw footage is delivered as captured in camera. No editing has been applied to the video and audio clips.

We use a music licensing subscription to handpick the perfect soundtrack by incredibly talented artists that perfectly suit the film and the feel of the day. Trust us, we spend hours finding the perfect song. 

We love the natural, authentic moments of a wedding and the best parts of your day aren’t planned or posed. We capture the moments as they happen during the day - it’s the best stuff! We try to stick behind the scenes because we know how intimidating it can be and it’s something our clients love us for!
